So this week’s quote is a long line of thought but most of you know that I am a deer hunter and November always makes me think of hunting and “the rut” which is time period when the male and female deer mate. The term and thought of a rut got me thinking about people’s health and how they can easily get stuck in a rut. Sometimes people are suffering in pain and have continual aches and they think they will just deal with it, perhaps they have sought out help and have not found the right answer this is a very deep rut. A completely different situation is when you think you are healthy and everything is perfect and you have it all figured out and you are in a good rut of health; the problem with that is usually you are not open-minded enough to realize you may be missing something. (i.e. the person that exercises daily, supposedly eats healthy and ends up with cancer the next day…) No matter what a rut is typically a bad place to be. I recommend for anyone reading this to get out of your rut if you are in pain or deal with aches and think it is normal find a chiropractor. If you think you are healthy and have it all figured out and don’t see a chiropractor open your mind up and get out of the rut to see what you might be missing. Thanks for reading.
